What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer 3 shipping methods:
1. Expedited Express
2. Standard Express
3. Free Shipping
Free Shipping is for ALL products, worldwide. To keep it simple for all our customers, we have got flat rate for Standard Express Shipping and Expedited Express Shipping.
How to change the shipping method?
If your order has not been paid, we recommend that you cancel the current order and then replace it with another shipping method.
If your order has already been paid, the shipping method can be changed before shipment. Changing to a faster shipping method will incurs additional shipping cost. Please contact us to help you change it.
Why am I being asked to pay an extra fee when delivery?
TD Mercado (UK) Limited – will never charge you extra fees. If you are asked to pay an extra fee when delivery, please check the details of the fee with courier company. Under normal circumstances, this fee may be the cost incurred during customs clearance. This fee is the responsibility of the customer.

Who should bear the tariff?
A tariff is a tax imposed on imported goods and services. It is the fee charged by national government to people who buy goods from abroad. Paying tariff is the obligation of the importer (buyer). TD Mercado (UK) Limited or Dwarkadhish E-Commerce Private Limited does not bear any tariff. Please refer to the customs laws of each country for details.
Can I refuse to pay tariff?
According to the customs laws, paying tariff is the obligation of the importer (buyer). If you refuse to pay tariff, then your country’s customs will not deliver the package to you. In this case, tdmercado.com will not be responsible for any fees and cannot refund the order fee to you.

Do you manufacture?
We only purchase from highly vetted suppliers & manufacturers. We have over 200 suppliers/manufacturers whom we get our clothes from. We have our own exclusive designs which will NOT be available with anyone else.
